Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them
- Items must include all tags and labels
- Proof of purchase is required
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:
- Mattresses
- Pillows
- Electric blankets
- Mattress protectors
These items may only be returned if they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps:
- Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your return/exchange request
- Provide details including your order number, the item(s) you wish to return/exchange, and the reason
- Wait for approval – we’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Ship the item(s) back to us using the provided return label (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility)
- Receive your refund or exchange once we’ve processed your return

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days after we receive it), we’ll process your refund or exchange:
- Refunds: Will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Processing time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Bank processing: Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
- Exchanges: We’ll ship your replacement item as soon as we process your return (shipping times apply)
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective:

- Include photos of the damage/defect and your order number
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
