Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them
  • Items must include all tags and labels
  • Proof of purchase is required

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:

  • Mattresses
  • Pillows
  • Electric blankets
  • Mattress protectors

These items may only be returned if they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days after we receive it), we’ll process your refund or exchange:

  • Refunds: Will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Bank processing: Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
  • Exchanges: We’ll ship your replacement item as soon as we process your return (shipping times apply)

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
